Refund policy

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Cancellation Policy

  1. ARWA PHARMACEUTICALS does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
  2. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
  3. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of products shall be done if an only if:

  1. A wrong product has been shipped.
  2. If the product dispatched is damaged and the same product is out of stock.

No cancellation or exchange request shall be entertained for custom orders and for orders which require printing.


Refund

The refund will be processed for the canceled and received damaged orders only. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds shall be processed within 21 working days from the date of refund confirmation.
